MEMBERSHIP COMMITMENT — All memberships require a 12-month commitment, billed either monthly or quarterly. Monthly memberships are billed in 12 consecutive monthly payments. Quarterly memberships are billed in 4 consecutive quarterly payments. By purchasing a membership you agree to all payments in your selected billing plan. Memberships cannot be cancelled mid-term.

BILLING — Your membership will be billed automatically each month or each quarter, based on your selected billing plan, to the card on file. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment information is current. Failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

AGREEMENT BY PAYMENT — These terms and conditions may be accepted by checking the terms and conditions box when signing up online or by paying in full. If your membership or a session is scheduled on your behalf by Taurusroad Creative House, you will not be shown a terms and conditions box. Instead, your confirmation email will include a link to these terms. By paying in full, including submitting your first membership payment, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, whether or not a terms and conditions box was checked. Payment confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full for the duration of your membership.

MEMBERSHIP HOURS — Your membership includes a set number of hours based on your selected tier and billing plan. Monthly memberships receive a monthly allotment of hours. Quarterly memberships receive a quarterly allotment of hours that may be used at any time during the quarter. Hours reset at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or quarterly) and do not roll over. Unused hours are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

EXTRA HOURS — Additional hours beyond your membership allotment may be booked at the member rate of 10% off the standard hourly rate. Extra hours are subject to availability.

FULL VENUE EVENT CREDIT — Full venue events are not included in your membership and are booked separately under the Event Venue Rental Terms & Conditions. Members may choose to use hours from their membership allotment as a credit toward a full venue event. The credit is the monetary value of the hours applied, calculated at your membership's hourly value (your membership price for the billing cycle divided by the hours included in that cycle; for example, monthly price divided by monthly hours, or quarterly price divided by quarterly hours), and is subtracted from the total cost of the full venue event. Hours used as a credit are deducted from your allotment and may only be applied from hours available in your current billing cycle at the time the event is booked. Credits have no cash value, cannot exceed the cost of the event, and are non-refundable. Any remaining event balance is due under the Event Venue Rental Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING — Members must book all sessions in advance using their private member booking link. Walk-ins and same-day bookings are not guaranteed. Bookings are subject to availability on a first come first served basis.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS — Individual session bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are forfeited and will count against your membership hours for the current billing cycle.

BOOKED TIME — Your booked time is your total time. This includes all setup and cleanup. There is no additional time before or after your booking window. Please plan accordingly. Failure to vacate by the end of your booked time will result in additional charges invoiced at the applicable rate.

MEMBERSHIP LINK — Your private booking link is for your use only and may not be shared with non-members. Sharing your link may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

CONDUCT — Members are responsible for their own conduct and the conduct of any guests they bring into the space. All persons must treat the space, staff, and equipment with courtesy and respect. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund for conduct that violates these terms or is inconsistent with the values of Taurusroad Creative House.

SPACE USE — The space is provided as-is. No furniture may be moved without prior written approval. Members must leave the space in the condition it was found at the end of every session.

PROHIBITED ITEMS — The following are strictly prohibited: confetti, glitter, open flames, paint, and any materials that may damage the space or equipment. Only battery-operated candles are permitted.

DECORATIONS — All decorations, props, and backdrops must be freestanding. Nothing may be attached, hung, taped, pinned, nailed, or otherwise adhered to the walls, ceilings, doors, windows, or fixtures. Freestanding items such as easels, backdrop stands, weighted balloon displays, and table décor are welcome. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to remove any item attached to a wall, and any resulting damage will be charged under the DAMAGE section of these terms.

NO ALCOHOL — Alcohol is not permitted during member session bookings. Alcohol may only be served at full venue events booked under the Event Venue Rental Terms & Conditions.

NO PETS — Pets are not permitted in the space at any time.

SMOKING & VAPING — Taurusroad Creative House is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue at all times.

DAMAGE — Members are fully responsible for any damage to the space, equipment, or property caused during their session. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be invoiced following the session and is due within 30 days.

CLEANING — A cleaning fee of $120 per hour will be assessed for sessions requiring abnormal cleanup beyond normal use.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS — Taurusroad Creative House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or equipment before, during, or after sessions.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO — Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to photograph and video the space before, during, and after sessions for internal records and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your session not be photographed or recorded please notify us in writing.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION — Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for repeated violations of these terms, damage to the space, illegal activity, or conduct inconsistent with the values of Taurusroad Creative House. In the event of termination due to member non-compliance, no refund will be issued for remaining months.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT — This agreement constitutes the full and binding agreement between the member and Taurusroad Creative House, LLC. Any changes to this agreement must be submitted in writing and approved by Taurusroad Creative House. Verbal agreements or representations not included in this document are not binding.

GOVERNING LAW — This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

By paying in full, including submitting your first membership payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
