RESPONSIBLE PARTY — The person completing this booking must be at least 21 years of age and is solely responsible for this agreement, all communication with Taurusroad Creative House, and the conduct of all guests and attendees associated with the session.

PAYMENT — Full payment is required at the time of booking. All sales are final. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to cancel any booking for which payment has not been received in full.

AGREEMENT BY PAYMENT — These terms and conditions may be accepted by checking the terms and conditions box when booking online or by paying in full. If your booking is scheduled on your behalf by Taurusroad Creative House, you will not be shown a terms and conditions box. Instead, your confirmation email will include a link to these terms. By paying in full, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, whether or not a terms and conditions box was checked. Payment in full confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full for your studio session.

CANCELLATION — Cancellations made 48 or more hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

RESCHEDULING — Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability. Taurusroad Creative House may, at its sole discretion, allow one reschedule if a comparable date and time is available. Rescheduled sessions are subject to current pricing and written approval by Taurusroad Creative House. Taurusroad Creative House is not responsible for cancellations or rescheduling needs due to circumstances outside of our control including but not limited to weather, illness, or personal emergencies.

BOOKED TIME — Your booked time is your total time. This includes all setup, shooting, and cleanup. There is no additional time before or after your booking window for any purpose. Please plan accordingly. Early access and late departure are available as pre-approved add-ons only and must be arranged and paid for in advance. Failure to vacate by the end of your booked time will result in additional charges invoiced at the applicable rate.

CAPACITY — No more than 6 people are permitted during your session. This includes all guests, subjects, photographers, and any hair or makeup professionals on site. If you require more than 6 people please contact us prior to your booking date to discuss accommodations. Your studio rental is reserved for the front lounge area. If you would like access to additional spaces within Taurusroad Creative House please specify this in your booking request. Additional space access may result in additional charges.

SPACE USE — The studio is provided as-is. No furniture may be moved without prior written approval. The space must be left in the condition it was found. The client is responsible for ensuring all personal items and equipment are removed within the booked time window.

PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT — The following are strictly prohibited: confetti, glitter, nails, tacks, screws, staples, tape that damages surfaces, open flames, sparklers, fireworks, fog machines, smoke machines, paint, and any materials that may damage the space or equipment. Only battery-operated candles are permitted. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to prohibit any item or activity deemed a risk to the space, staff, or guests.

DECORATIONS — All decorations, props, and backdrops must be freestanding. Nothing may be attached, hung, taped, pinned, nailed, or otherwise adhered to the walls, ceilings, doors, windows, or fixtures. Freestanding items such as easels, backdrop stands, weighted balloon displays, and table décor are welcome. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to remove any item attached to a wall, and any resulting damage will be charged under the DAMAGE section of these terms.

NO ALCOHOL — Alcohol is not permitted during photo studio rental sessions. Alcohol may only be served at full venue events booked under the Event Venue Rental Terms & Conditions.

SMOKING & VAPING — Taurusroad Creative House is a smoke-free and vape-free facility. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue at all times. Violation of this policy may result in termination of the session without refund.

ILLEGAL DRUGS & UNLAWFUL CONDUCT — Illegal drugs and unlawful conduct are strictly prohibited on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

NO PETS — Pets are not permitted in the space at any time.

NOISE — Music and sound must be kept at a reasonable level and must not disturb other tenants or businesses in the building. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to request volume reduction at any time.

GUEST CONDUCT — The client is solely responsible for the conduct and behavior of all guests and attendees associated with the session. All persons must treat the space, staff, and equipment with courtesy and respect. Disruptive, threatening, abusive, unlawful, or damaging behavior is prohibited and may result in removal from the premises and termination of the session without refund.

TAURUSROAD AUTHORITY — Taurusroad Creative House staff are responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment. If necessary, Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to require specific individuals to leave the premises, pause activities that violate these terms, or end the session if conduct presents a significant risk to people, property, or the reputation of Taurusroad Creative House.

DAMAGE — The client is fully responsible for any and all damage to the space, equipment, furniture, or property caused by the client or any attendee during the session. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be assessed and invoiced following the session. The client agrees to pay for all damage costs within 30 days of receiving an invoice. Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unpaid damage claims.

CLEANING — The space must be left in the condition it was found. A cleaning fee of $120 per hour will be assessed for sessions requiring abnormal cleanup beyond normal use.  This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file following the session. If there is not a card on file, this fee will be invoiced following the session and is due within 30 days.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS — Taurusroad Creative House is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings or equipment before, during, or after the session.

INDEMNIFICATION — The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taurusroad Creative House, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to the client's session and use of the space.

FORCE MAJEURE — Taurusroad Creative House is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, government actions, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, Taurusroad Creative House will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

FUTURE BOOKING ELIGIBILITY — Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to decline future bookings from clients whose previous sessions involved damage to the space, repeated violations of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct inconsistent with the values of Taurusroad Creative House.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO — Taurusroad Creative House reserves the right to photograph and video the space before, during, and after sessions for internal records and marketing purposes. If you prefer that your session not be photographed or recorded please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT — This agreement constitutes the full and binding agreement between the client and Taurusroad Creative House, LLC. Any changes to this agreement must be submitted in writing and approved by Taurusroad Creative House. Verbal agreements or representations not included in this document are not binding.

GOVERNING LAW — This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable state and local laws.

By proceeding with this booking or paying in full, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and your guests.
